Design Cost
We look forward to earning your business in designing your new custom home. If you want an idea on the cost of having a plan drawn or to get a more accurate number of the cost associated with designing your home we will need to talk with you about your plan.
Calculate the total square feet of main floor and/or second floor only that you want in a home by using a multiplier between $1.00 - $1.50 cents per square foot. Simple designs with not many jogs in the exterior walls and simple roof line will cost less. If the house has a complex floor plan and roof system the cost will be more.
House Plan Drawings: A 2,000 square foot home would cost approximately $2,000.00 if you use $1.00 per square foot.
Sheet by Sheet Drawings: We do offer a $0.20 cents design cost on a per sheet basis which could possible be cheaper depending on your design needs. Example: If you only needed a 2,000 square foot floor plan one sheet only and it is a simple design you could expect to pay $500.00.
Minimal Design Cost: $500.00
Examples:
2,500 SQ. FT. Plan Set (Simple Design) = $2,500.00
2,000 SQ. FT. Floor Plan (500) + Electrical (400) + Plumbing (400) = $1,300.00
1,200 SQ. FT. Floor Plan (500) + Foundation (240) = $740.00
